Refund Policy

Subscription tiers (Pro, Power)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard (Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access through the period you already paid for.

We do not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods on a cancellation. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access for the remaining days but are not refunded for them.

14-day refund window

If you upgrade to Pro or Power and decide within 14 days of the first payment that Banger isn’t for you, email billing@banger.fiand we will refund that month’s subscription charge in full. The 14-day window does not apply to subsequent renewal charges.

Live-strategy add-ons

Live-strategy add-on charges ($19/strategy/month) are billed monthly along with your subscription and are subject to the same cancellation rules as the base subscription. Stopping a live deployment removes the add-on charge from your next billing cycle.

Metered MCP usage

MCP API usage charges ($0.001 per call after the free quota) are consumption-based and bill in arrears at the end of each billing period. Because these charges reflect actual usage that has already been consumed, they are not refundable.

Marketplace clones and creator revshare

If a strategy you cloned from the marketplace produces a live-strategy revshare to its original creator, that revshare is non-reversible once the underlying live-strategy month has been billed and the revshare paid out. If you believe a marketplace strategy was misrepresented or fraudulent, contact us and we will investigate.

Trading losses

Banger does not refund trading losses incurred by your strategies. We provide the runtime; trading outcomes are your sole responsibility. See our Terms of Service for the full risk disclosure.

Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact billing@banger.fi within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate within 5 business days. If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will retry it up to four times over the following 14 days. After that, your subscription is suspended; live deployments are stopped, and the dashboard becomes read-only. You can re-enable by updating your payment method via the Stripe Customer Portal.
